About Dr. Bermudez
Ingrid Bermudez, M.D., is a licensed and board-certified family physician in practice for more than 25 years.
As a physician who practiced abroad before moving to the United States, Dr. Ingrid Bermudez is fluent in Spanish with extensive familiarity in varied cultural and social conditions. For the past ten years, she has provided skin rejuvenation treatments, a passion of hers that has resulted in satisfied patients in the Capital Region as well as in Vermont, where she also has a medical license.
Before opening her own office in Mechanicville, New York, she practiced medicine in the same location for Northeast Health, a regional medical company, with privileges at Samaritan Hospital in Troy.
She also practiced at Partners in Family Medicine, based in Troy. She completed her family medical residency at St. Clare’s Hospital in Schenectady, and is now an adjunct faculty member of the Family Medicine program of Ellis Hospital.
She received her medical degree from Escuela de Medicina Juan N. Corpas in Colombia and worked extensively in emergency rooms and as a general practitioner in family practice settings. Dr. Bermudez is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians. She is also a Civil Surgeon, title that allow her to work with immigration patients.
